Overview
Fin integrates directly with HubSpot Service Hub, resolving email tickets, contact form submissions, and live chat via Fin Messenger. Connect via OAuth, sync your knowledge base, and Fin starts answering. HubSpot remains your system of record. Responses sync back to tickets in real time, and unresolved issues hand off to your team.
How it works
Connect your HubSpot workspace via OAuth. Select a dedicated HubSpot user to represent Fin. This user will own tickets while Fin is processing them.
Fin creates HubSpot workflows to manage ticket pipeline stages and assignment. Import your knowledge base content and configure Fin's tone and escalation rules before going live.
Once live, Fin resolves email tickets and contact form submissions. Responses sync back to HubSpot in real time, and unresolved tickets are handed off to your agent queue with full context.
